Guest Engagement / Customer Loyalty Strategy
The purpose of this project was to deliver an overarching strategy for guest engagement that includes specific recommendations and their respective roadmaps to procurement.
The deliverable was structured to provide LAWA with concrete next steps for realizing this strategy, as well as the information it requires to make decisions about what programs and systems to invest in next and why. Additional components of the deliverable included were required functionality, data requirements, systems dependencies, and business model requirements for each recommendation by time frame, as well as a procurement strategy for sourcing key solutions.
